How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. This will typically be with DPD or Royal Mail.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the UK however, we do have plans to expand internationally very soon. Sign up to our crew newsletter below and you'll be one of the first to know when we do!

Do you offer gift cards for purchase?

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed on our website. They make great gifts for bikers! See our gift cards here

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind?

Yes, we understand that fit and preferences can vary. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days long as it is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns policy for more details.

How do I determine the right size for motorcycle gear such as jackets and helmets?

We endeavour provide detailed sizing details for all our products to help you choose the correct size. Additionally, our customer service team is available to assist you with any sizing queries.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the product description or feel free to contact us for specific warranty details.

Can I visit your store in person to try on gear?

Absolutely! Majority of our products are available at our partner store West London Bikes & Scooters. However, there are a few items that we store at our warehouse so they will only be available online.

What safety standards do your helmets meet?

Our helmets meet or exceed the safety standards set by the UK Department for Transport (DfT) and European Union (ECE), ensuring the highest level of protection for riders.

Do you offer customization or personalization options for your products?

At the moment, we do not offer customization or personalization services for our products. However, we continuously evaluate customer feedback and may consider offering such options in the future.

Do you offer bulk discounts for group purchases or motorcycle clubs?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders and motorcycle clubs. Please reach out to our customer support team to discuss your specific requirements and receive a quote.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Absolutely. We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled or modified. Please then refer to our Refunds & Return policy.
